The fastest way to reach us is email — whether you'd like to follow what we're shipping, ask about one of our apps, or pitch a bespoke build. We'll come back within two working days.
We don't use a web form. An email gives us the context to reply properly and keeps things simple on both sides.
For bespoke build enquiries, it helps to include a sentence or two about the project, who it's for, and roughly when you'd like to start. If you have a deadline, tell us — we'd rather know up front than work around it later.
For everything else — questions about one of our apps, support, press — just write what's on your mind. If a bespoke build isn't a fit for us, we'll say so honestly and, where we can, point you at someone it might suit.
Every email is read by a person, not a ticketing system. We reply to every genuine enquiry, even if it's to say we're not the right fit.
If you'd like to share something confidential before we've signed paperwork, we're happy to sign a mutual NDA first. Just ask.
You don't need a huge project or a big budget to talk to us. Short engagements and advice-only calls are a real part of what we do.
